Hey!

I am Samet Eroglu, but you can simply call me Samet. I was born an living 1996 Istanbul/Turkey. I met the IT sector and I think I improved myself well in this sector I entered in 2018. I believe that the challanges can improve person. I can say that I am a leader who always tries to be positive and keeps the people next to me positive.

Well, what have I done? What am I doing? I want to talk about these; I participated in 3 Erasmus + Projects in the continuity after I left the university. These projects helped me a lot in improving my English, getting to know different cultures and improving my vision. I had friends in almost every country in Europe. Among the things I enjoy doing actively, I can say Sports, Blogging, Reading, Researching, Traveling and Camping.

If I need to talk about the works I am interested in in the company I am currently in;

I also work in a System Integrator company and we have +30 support customers. We support some of them only for Citrix, some for Microsoft products, for some for Backup systems. I'm more interested in Citrix and Microsoft group, but I also support monitoring and management software like ControlUP such as Backup softwares like Veaam. I take an active role in Citrix, Office365, Microsoft products and installation, management and Ticket operations. Apart from this, we are dealing with all System Infrastructure support of one of our customers on site and L1, L2, L3 support for this customer is entirely my responsibility. 
I do not want you to be bored by holding this post any longer. Finally, I am someone who wants to constantly improve himself and create added value. Of course, the most important thing is to be a good person. There is a word something like: “It’s not important what you have, important thing is who are you sharing with”.
